Bill is a frequent attendee and contributor to several conferences each year. Under Bill’s guidance, NorthFork Financial became a certified B Corp in 2016, acknowledged for meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
Bill is the co-founder of HomeStake Venture Partners, a Montana Benefit Corporation created to address the related problems of access to friendly, patient capital for businesses, small to medium-sized companies’ need for advanced technical assistance, and the interest of investors to find alternatives to Wall Street.
Bill graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in History in 1989, obtained his M.A. in History at Montana State University in 1996 and spent nine years teaching AP U.S. History and Government at Bozeman High School. Beyond work and volunteering on a number of nonprofit boards, including the Bozeman Public Library Foundation, Headwaters Economics and the Montana Wilderness School, he and his family spend as much time as possible adventuring outdoors.
Camy uses her background and expertise to help NorthFork Financial’s clients align their core values with their investments, helping them achieve their financial goals. She empowers people to invest in ways that are meaningful to them, believing that building wealth and affecting change can occur simultaneously. Camy especially enjoys working with her clients to identify their specific goals and engage in realistic, meaningful strategies to help them be successful. Camy believes that the definition of a successful financial plan is individual and specific to each client.
Camy serves on the board of the Parents of Irving School as treasurer and also serves on the board of the Bozeman Fastpitch Softball. Camy is a graduate of Trinity College of Hartford, Conn., with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Women’s Studies and a graduate of the College of Financial Planning of Denver. She and her husband, along with their two children, have made Bozeman home since 2002 and spend their free time skiing at Bridger Bowl, cross country skiing, rafting, camping, hiking, biking and backpacking. They also traveled as a family to Bali, Indonesia in November 2016 and look forward to doing more.
Lydia and her family settled in Bozeman in 2011, after living in Germany for seven years. She is a graduate of Colorado College with a B.A. in German and a minor in Environmental Studies. Lydia is an active volunteer at her son’s school, enjoys skiing and spending time in the mountains.
As an associate investment analyst, Wes researches alternative investments, index mutual funds and other investment opportunities and works on special projects that reflects the values of NorthFork Financial’s clients. In his work, he investigates the intersection of financial markets and sustainability and how best to use finance and business as a vehicle to affect systemic sustainable change.
Wes especially enjoys working at NorthFork Financial because of the people he interacts with everyday. He channels his financial skill set to make a positive difference in the world and to use capitalism as a force for good. Helping people make good financial decisions and match their investments to their values is rewarding work for Wes, and he enjoys using his energy and brainpower to make a difference in the world.
Wes moved to Bozeman in 2013 after graduating from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration, with dual areas of emphasis in Finance, Accounting and a minor in Economics. Prior to joining NorthFork Financial, Wes worked as a backpacking guide and a professional ski patroller and completed successful internships at Jones Barclay Boston and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research.
